Product introduction

Qing Fu Kang (PHMG-based pre-dip) is the latest pre-dip product developed by Conson. As a PHMG-based disinfectant, it is perfectly matched with Conson Xiao Xuan Feng teat scrubber for more effect and less effort, which can effectively clean teats while efficiently sterilizing and reduce the falling off of milk cup, thus reducing the cost and increasing the efficiency of the farm.

1. Cleaning of milking equipment surface, including the surface of milk cup group and long milk pipeline

2. Cleaning and disinfection of milking floor and baffle

3. Cleaning of cow neck yoke of parallel stalls

Product composition

PHMG (1.5%), cosmetic-grade skin care ingredients (10%), surfactant

Method of use

It can be used with teat scrubber, after being diluted with water 1:1 to 1:4 depending on the cleanliness of cow teats.

Matters needing attention

1. If the product is frozen, thaw it before use, which will not affect the effect.

Efficient Sterilization

PHMG is more effective than conventional PHMB in inhibiting bacterial microorganisms, and no cases of bacterial resistance have been observed so far.

Efficient Cleaning

Using amphoteric surfactants commonly used in cosmetics, it moisturizes the skin and softens dirt, and can be used with teat scrubber to achieve the best cleaning effect.

Lessening Cup Falling off

Specially added anti-slip agent reduces the slippery on the skin surface of teas after pre-dip wiping. It can lessen the probability of cup falling and reduces the labor intensity of cup patrol.

Non-iodine Preparation

It is non-irritating to the cow skin, with no possibility of iodine residue, and avoids corrosion and damage to teat scrubber during the use of iodine-containing agent.

Less foam formation

Improved surfactant resulting in less foam formation, making it easier to observe whether the dip has been deployed properly.
