酸性洗涤剂能将设备中不溶于水的钙盐、镁盐以及铁锈分解为溶于水的离子，从而达到清洗的目的。
This product can be applied for cleaning of strong dirt inside of storing tanks,fermentation tanks,filling machines and other machining equipment,especially for CIP cleaning.

Traits
1.复合酸组分，能快速分解无机盐沉淀;
Complex acid,quick contact with dirt and take effect more quickly.
2.并添加缓蚀成分，对设备特别是金属件的腐蚀作用小；
Complex acid with corrosion inhibitor, little corrosive to metal parts.
3.添加螯合剂成分，耐硬水且能防止再沉积；
Chelating agent added,Better performance against hard water. It can also prevent redeposit.
4.泡沫少，易清洗,无残留,不会对食品造成污染；
Less bubbles, easy to clean, no remnants. No contamination to foods.
5.添加的清洗助剂，在清洗水温较低时依然有很好的清洗效果。
Chelating agent is added so that it can still have good cleaning efficacy when the water temperature is comparatively low.

适用范围：
Application
本品适用于储罐、发酵罐、灌装机等食品加工业设备内部顽固污垢的清洗，尤其适合CIP清洗。
This product can be applied for cleaning of strong dirt inside of storing tanks,fermentation tanks,filling machines and other
machining equipment,especially for CIP cleaning. 
使用方法：
Usage
根据污垢程度选择1~4%不同浓度，清洗温度高于40℃，循环时间为8～10分钟。
Use proportion 1%~4% according the specific situation. Cleaning temperature shall be above 40℃，cycle time is 8~10 minutes.
注意事项：
Attentions
1.不能和含氯的碱性洗涤剂混合在一起，否则会释放出有毒气体氯气；
The alkaline detergent and acidic detergent shall not be mixed up, or else it will lose its efficacy.
2.酸性清洗剂和碱性清洗剂不能混合在一起，否则会失效；
The major components of this detergent is acidic. Precautions shall be made before use.
3.本清洗剂含酸，使用过程中要做好安全防范措施，不可用手直接触摸原液，如不慎溅到身上，需马上用清水冲洗，严重者，需要立即就医；
No direct touch with hands.If spilled onbody, please clean it with clean water at once. If necessary, go to the doctor’s immediately.
